We and many of those we know, reflect their lives reflect on the net. Whether via Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare – the Internet has become our constant companion. We use the network to contact our friends and distribute content that we find exciting.
But does this all work the other way around? By transferring status updates back to real life, we show in a creative way, how much our society now lives on the network and how important the Internet has become for you and for us. That is why we have come up with something very special:
THE VODAFONE #TWEETLIED – I WANT TO. I CAN. ALL IN REALTIME – This is how it works:
The band Bakkushan are sat in the studio of the Berlin NHow hotels with us and add live soundtrack to inbound status updates. Of course, no limits to the imagination were set.
All users anywhere, can make suggestions by sending tweets with the hashtag for Action (# tweetlied) or via Facebook comments. We select the best tweets and updates, then Bakkushan convert them into their own piece of music within five (!) Minutes. Cameras capture this process, which is streamed live or posted on the Facebook page. Fans can follow on their screens, as Bakkushan in produce real songs freestyle from the virtual status updates:
We hope you enjoy and look forward to your feedback.
